While we expect payment at the time of service, many patients are able to obtain reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. On an average, patients receive between 70-80% reimbursement once their deductibles have been met. We are happy to provide you a superbill for this purpose. As a courtesy, if requested, we will electronically file all claims and take care of pre-authorization. We recommend that you call us at 212-226-4816 Mon-Thurs between 8am and 7 pm ET, and Friday between 8am-5pm or email us at reception@ipaynyc.com to assist you.
