How do I change or cancel an appointment?

IPA Manhattan Physical Therapy has a 24 hour cancellation policy. All appointments cancelled less than 24 prior to the scheduled time will be charged a cancellation fee. If your appointment is on Monday, you will need to cancel your appointment by the Friday before at 5pm. The best way to change or cancel an appointment is to give us a call at 212-226-4816 Mon-Thurs, between 8 am – 7 pm ET, or between 8am -5pm ET on Friday or email reception@ipanyc.com. We will do our best to accommodate all rescheduling requests, however, if your request is in less than 24 hours, you will be responsible for payment for that session.
